Any updates on Japan Intamin, Thunder Dolphin?

I haven't heard anything in the past few months about this cool lookin' coaster. Anyone travel over there lately and get pics, or see it running or even ride it? It's been what, four months since it completed track installation, I figured we'd have seen something on it by now!

It doesn't open until May 1st, so I will be missing it this spring. My wife will be in Japan on Thursday, but won't be travelling neat Tokyo, so there won't be any pics coming from her. Perhaps you could contact rcdb, and ask him who his contact in Tokyo is. He might have some updates for you. I won't see it until later this year, and that's if I'm lucky. SRM got in the way. ;)

That sucks, Rob, I wanted to hear about Thunder Dolphin...When are you planning on going to Japan?

Well...with a possible job change, I could go back as soon as summertime, but I won't know for a few months, so it could be tight. I am hoping to go for sure at Christmas time, though. I have never had Christmas in Japan. :)

I do enjoy the attention, and I LOVE the fact that many of you appear to think I bat left-handed as well, but I really don't. That said, I appreciate all the stalking (with a few exceptions), and I really love the fact that the one who admires me so wholly, has the word beaver in her name. Now that's baseball! ;)
