Video Game Park Appearence

In All Star Baseball 2004 Incredible Hulk makes an appearnce as well as some either theme parks.

I haven't played the game and I don't have much baseball knowledge.
But why is the Incredible Hulk in that game ?

It's in a fake ball park called Akklaim Ball Park or something like it.

I just saw a video of it on the game's website. The Hulk is outside of the stadium and it does not appear that it is able to run.
