Single Engine Plane Lands near SFMM

Just saw some nice aerial shots of SFMM on the news. Apparently a single engine plane landed at a golf course near SFMM, and according to the television news reporter, the plane came "dangerously close to the park's roller coaster"!

So this finally settles the debate! Cedar Point= 16 coasters, Magic Mountain= 1 coaster. CP wins! ;>)

lol i just saw this on the news. they showed X pretty much the whole time and then a 5 second clip of the plane in the field

The news here in Pittsburgh reported the plane landing near "Disney's Magic Mountain coaster."

From the pictures, it looks like X was indeed the coaster in question, and the landing site was definitely not far from the park. It makes me wonder how close is "dangerously close."

It was probably a kamikaze goon from Cedar Point hoping to dash SFMM's record to peices. ;) I'm blatantly joking, I just thought it would be humorous to add in. :)

PS- Was the pilot ok?

That plane could have been 10 miles away and still been "dangerously" close. That's how the media works when planes are involved.
