I just saw on the Six Flags website about this new ride, my question is. What is it actually? And who makes it? The picture isnt very clear.

Yes, it used to be another german fairground ride that worked reliable as long it was dragged all over the country. As soon it resided in New Jersey, it decided to become a Diva.
