My question is will Cedar Point break the 500ft mark and if so with what kind of coaster AND when it is possible will CP have room?? just a thought

Yes I believe they will with a S+S launched coaster sometime. The only way to progress is to go up and beyond so is building a rollercoaster 80 ft. higher in the 5 billion years that Earth has left really a question? Of course they will but Time Will Tell.
