Santa's Lodge, here we come!

Just got my confirmation back! $89.99 for Friday night after SRM! First SRM and I'm stoked. Now I just have to join a club. LOL.

Anyone stayed there previously? How nice is it? I'm really looking forward to meeting several of you!

Satan's Lodge roxors! Very nice, very clean, good food in the restaurant downstairs, and there's a nice statute of Santa sitting on the "throne" out front.

Don't miss the world's slipperiest pool, either! It's a great way to sooth those coaster-bashed muscles.

You might want to confirm your prices again...I booked two rooms around a month ago and was confirmed a room rate of $69/night for two nights (Friday and Saturday) I suppose the rate may have been adjusted/increased if the number of available rooms are dwindling...I would call and double check though, mentioning that you are there for srm '03 (why else would you be there :) if you haven't already...Overall, it's a nice hotel to stay in; the indoor pool is a bit on the small side, but the breakfast buffet is very good.

Um, I'm certain of the pricing. I booked one room with two double beds. Did you get one King? Either way, I have a room and I'm not going to worry about it. I'm there. ;)

I booked a week ago, and got the same rate as Homey G. You may have gotten a better rate for booking earlier. Oh well.

Santa's Lodge is nice. It's not the best place you'll find, but it's comfortable, clean, and CLOSE. The 3 C's.

Pokeyron, no we're not staying Saturday night.. we're gonna stop over in Cincy before heading up to SFWoA on Monday and then CP on Tuesday. This is of course after flying in on Wednesday to Cincy for PKI on Thursday, SFKK first part of the day on Fri, and HW Friday night and Saturday. I think we need the rest day on Sunday.

Greg, I thought Santa Claus wasn't known for the 3 C's, rather the 2 C's... the ones that preceed the I. ;)

Interesting. We booked our room October 3 (room with a King bed) and the confirmed rate is $79.99.

I'm SOOO looking forward to this trip.
