Two trains seems to be the norm ever since the beginning of December. Before that, it's been one train (notably with one car from the #3 train along with the rest from #2). I've seen lines anywhere from 2 hours to 20 minutes during December. Given the current operations, a 3rd train would do almost nothing, as it would spend an inordinate amount of time outside the station. With two train operation, it's *extremely* rare that the first train is dispatched before the 2nd is unloaded, rotated, and ready to be moved into the load position.
