Keep the seat rotations to a minimum. As a matter of fact, you might make a few 4D's with absolutely no rotation at all until you can get the hang of it. Another thing about the seat rotations, be sure to reset the rotation to 0 after you have rotated it on the stretch of track you want. Otherwise, you will end up with the seats spinning incessantly throughout the entire ride. Hope this helps.

Speaking of 4D design and the contest - has anyone ever put the included design for X into the coaster designer and done a test run?
I tried it just a few minutes ago and the stats you get by doing a test run are much lower than the stats shown when you choose it from the list of available designs.
In the available designs list it shows:
Ex: 7.20
Int: 8.50
N: 8.00
But when I did an actual test run, my stats looked like this:
Ex: 6.21
Int: 8.30
N: 7.55
I was using X's stats as a reference point to judge my designs against. Big difference there. I'm assuming the stats in the design selection list include some sort of theming.
