RCT has been released!!

A few Target stored around the Cleveland, Oh area, released a few copies of RCT 2!!! I know the Mayfield store had only 20 copies in stock. I haven't got the game my self, but both my X-girlfriend(who works at the Mayfield, oh target), and a friend of mine who got the game at the same Target.

What's to joke about? It was said somewhere that RCT2 has been shipped out to stores in Gamespot, I think it was... back on last Friday or Thursday.

Anybody know about it being in the Milwaukee area? This is pretty amazing news. Would people that ordered it online be getting it within the next few days then?

Call first. It looks like RCT2 is getting the "soft release" treatment. I went to the Target closest to being "on the way" to work this morning, and they had a space for it on the shelf but were already out.

So on my way to work I called my buddies at one of the Pittsburgh Electronics Boutiques, thinking I'd ask them to hold me one if they'd gotten it in. He said that it wasn't in yet, but they were expecting it "sometime this week", and as far as he knew they were allowed to put it out as soon as it came in.

Got mine. Don't bother going to the Fairlawn (Akron) Target, there was one copy and I have it. :)

Maybe not... there's a Mayfield store further up I-271, which is not the same store, but that wouldn't be all that far for you either. Check the Target site for maps. I didn't realize Mayfield and Mayfield Heights weren't the same thing, let alone not that close to each other.

I got the same story from my local Target store (Waukesha, WI) that MI Trooper gave in the news section. This wasnt supposed to hit the shelves yet.

Technically there's Mayfield Village and Mayfield Heights. The Target is near the Mayfield Rd/SOM Center intersection, which is right next to 271. The only other Target I know of on the east side is in Willoughby.

Damn! There is a new Target a mile from me but it hasn't opened yet. :( I called all the media plays and eboutiques but they don't have it yet. I AM MAD!!!

Try Rolling Acres Target in Akron, I went and got mine and they had 6 copies an hour and a half ago.

I got the last on the the shelf (at least the shelf that I found my copy) at the Mayfield Target. So far, I like what I see in the game.

Yesterday I went to my local Target at about 7 PM and they did not have RCT2. Wish I had read this post earlier.

The Target in Elyria, OH sadly does not have any copies as of yesterday.
