I am sure some of you that frequent SFGAm subscribe to the email newsletter they send out. To the ones that dont, they just sent out one a couple of days ago promoting Fright Fest. In one of the paragraphs they mention a new game that can be played for a chance to win a pass.
" Plus, play new Fearanoia and if you can survive the night, you could win a season pass."
Just thought I would pass this info along. If you are going to FF this year, I guess it wouldnt hurt to check out this game and possibly get a free season pass next season.

2 superheroes in Gurnee next season? Oh the humanity. :)
This is what Fiesta Texas says:FEARANOIA
NEW for 2002 - Paranoia meets fear in Fright Fest's most wicked mind game of survival, Fearanoia. Guests may request a Fearanoia-numbered wristband upon entering the Park. Once inside the Park, unsuspecting guests wearing numbers will be watched and eerily eliminated throughout the day by a team of "Bodytaggers." All wristband-wearing victims of Fearanoia may unknowingly be issued a "Dead Number" from the beginning, in which their number has already been eliminated. All surviving numbers will be posted one hour before Park closing on the "Survivor Board." All Fearanoia participants wanting to stay in the game must spend their time at Fiesta Texas second guessing suspicious onlookers while attempting a normal day in the Park. All surviving numbers at evening's end will win a 2003 Six Flags Season Pass! Can you survive Fearanoia, Saturdays and Sundays throughout October?
Also, why doesn't SFGAm's site say anything about fearanoia? If they are doing it....

Two thumbs up Six Flags! Great idea! Not only are they giving away free stuff, but they're giving us something fun to do while we walk around the park. One question though... Can the ride-ops tag us?
EDIT: Doh! That under 18 thing defeats the purpose, I think... another great idea spoiled by legal liabilities...

go in get a wrist band, leave the park all day then come back one hour before closing, hoping you didn't get a dead number from the start...
That's not allowed. The people by the exit will check for a wristband, and If you have one your number becomes dead.

The bodytaggers will go into the bathroom. It's common sense. JoNoJ27 said: Can the ride-ops tag us?
No, just bodytaggers.

What's to keep participants from covering them up with clothing?
The contract the winners must sign.

For SFGAm... if the ride ops wont tag you, just ride the Demon the whole day, stay in that que line. If you are there on a day where the park isn't so packed, you should have no problem avoiding the bodytaggers.
It's common sense... the body taggers will probably be in lines. And, SFGAm is always packed in FF.
