I am a seasonal employee at Paramount's Kings Dominion. Today at work I picked up the employee newsletter, entitled "Paramount's Kings Dominion - Star Weekly". I picked up Volume 8 Issue 27 - September 21, 2002. The following was an article in it.
"Read the latest internet buzz on Paramount's Kings Dominion...
Here's what people are saying about Kings Dominion on the Coasterbuzz.com message board:
From jgfama on 9/9/02: Cheers to the crew on Volcano: The Blast Coaster at PKD. The dispatches were very smooth all day (9/8/02). I love the little cart for "loose articles". I was fortunate enough to get a ride at the very end of the night with only three people on the train...it was AWESOME!!
Rollergator replied on 9/10/02: jgfama, there are a couple of enthusiasts on the Volcano crew...sorry, don't remember any of their names, but we managed to get a couple re-rides to end the night, and it was great! Stayed after closing to watch them clear the Volcano- a huge fiery display...the whole park had great personnel...can't wait to try out...Drop Zone...
Excellent review Volcano Crew! You really impressed these diehard coaster enthusiasts!"
This goes to show that you really never know who's around and who's reading these posts.

Be nice to ride op's. No matter how slow unfriendly and uncaring they may seem Most work hard to make your day great.
Hell, SFGAdv sure doesn't do that. We get the "Daily Alert" which has park operating times, showtimes, closed locations (Evolution always at the top) and the HotBox, which has main employee events. Trips, promotions, transfer offers, etc. Nothing besides that. Not like the management at SFGAdv cares enough to do anything though. They're all a bunch of (insert 4-letter word here) and can't run a park.
Did I mention I no longer work there?

The parks letting you know they're not responsible should be enough for people to minimize the cargo lug, but it doesn't. Tell me you're not responsible for my things & I'll have a teenie little assortment of things I WILL need, you know? Loose not what bring not.
