SFGAm - 2003 ride

I don't know if anyone else pointed this out or even noticed it but I thought it was a pretty big hint. Unless that shop has just always been there and I've never noticed it in my 100+ visits.

*edit* I guess i've just never noticed superman merchandise then. The shop also appears to be closed. I guess it's just a matter of what you make of the picture. And I hadn't seen any pictures of the track until a few minutes ago. Guess im going to be flying around orleans place next year.

I think the track sitting in the Employee Parking lot gives a bigger hint. Plus, they have been selling superman merchandise for years.

That doesn't mean anything. Since all Six Flags parks have access to the WB, DC, and Marvel frachise, Great America can make some dough off of some cool Superman stuff. Logical.

I figured that this was a big hint, too, when I visited the park throughout the summer. Along the same lines, however, they do have other super hero souvenirs in their stores... WonderWoman, etc. etc... although I think it's safe to assume that we're gettin' a Superman coaster. Hmmm....but if it were WonderWoman, at least it would have a unique name....

Yeah there is track of superman ultimate flight in the employes parking lot. its at the far end (9/21/02). There is about ten tracks sections and a bunch of blue suports. It really a cool sight.To see it go on Iorn wolf and get the left side, or go on Sky Treck Tower. They are starting demolishion of Shock Wave on monday of this week. I was talking to a employe about the coaster.
