The park was torn down when they wanted to expand the brewery.

Thats a shame, wonder what if would have been if it was still around?
Probably not much. The park was surrounded by major streets and the brewery, neither of which were about to move. The park was cute, with nice vegetation (no surprise there) and a decent log ride. No coasters whatsoever. It basically consisted of the log ride, a fun house, bumper cars, and a monorail that went through the brewery and which was actually really cool.
I really wish Busch had invested their So. Cal. park money on a large acreage site in Ventura County or the San Gabriel valley.

Wow, I never knew that place existed. The skyrail brewery tour looks like one of the coolest ideas I've ever seen.

Why not a Busch Gardens Columbus? Busch owns everything around their brewery there, including the soccer fields, the corporate offices, and the Malibu Grand Prix (out of business). Those who know the Columbus area will know what I'm talking about...sure, there isn't much space, but there's enough for an Apollo clone 5 minutes from my house :)

They bought the Malibu property? Man I miss that place. That was one of the few "real" go-kart tracks around.
