This is reality. Disney would meet major competition in Ohio. Cedar Point would not wait and see, nor would Busch with Sea World. And SF did not spend that money for fun. Disney is a different ballgame with entertainment, but if they built something that operated year-round but had hard rides, there would be some re-thinking of some parks strategy.
And if they intended to be int he sports field, you can bet the Jacobs family with the Indians and the new Browns and the teams from Cincy would be up in arms.
Remember, they are building in a blue collar area with an established pattern of vacations. This is not soCal or Orlando where they come by the plane load day after day. You would probably see Charlie Brown, Bugs Bunny, and a Klingon riding in a car with Shamu driving trying to run Mikey of the Ohio turnpike. All for fun.
