Mantis Trains under the Brake Run

When I was at CP on Monday, I noticed that one of te Mantis trains was under the final brake run, in a blue tarp. Anybody know why? Was there something wrong with it?

There's only one train in storage under the transfer table. Now that the seatbelts have been installed, Cedar Point has found that running a third train does nothing to increase capacity.

That train has been under the transfer track since last year.

I dont see why they don't keep it on teh storage track and rotate the trains. That way none of tehm are going to waste and each are getting less wear and tear.
