That doesn't make much sense, Rubberducky. When a train does valley, the coaster is down until the train can be physically relocated. That can be a long process, especially when it valleys in a place like the Corba roll on Chiller.
On top of that, on a LIM coaster, a valley can be the symptom of a larger problem, not just high winds or a similar common valley cause.
Valleying isn't that frequent on established coasters (Especially full circuit), and a certainly not something a park wants to happen.
