Corrupted data...

Has anyone had a error that said "corrupted or inacessable data" when running RCT. I went to play it and after about 5 seconds of opening any park it shutdown and gave me that error. To fix it I deleted RCT. Then reinstalled the original RCT...did not run it then installed the LL add on. It worked great after that. The trainer I use is the TRG swiss army knife. Anyone with that trainer (or any) had that problem? Probably a freaky thing that happened.

That happened to me using CF when I tried to move the entrances. it sucked, because I had to uninstall and reinstall CF. I lost all of my completed scenarios.

Huh, when I deleted RCT it asked me if I wanted to save existing parks. I said yes, and after I reinstalled all my LL parks that I had done were there just like before.

I get some times to.

I had the game for two weeks with the patch and TRG trainer and all of a sudden today the corrupted data message popped up.I uninstalled LL and reinstalled it and it is still giving the same message. HEEEEELLLLLLPPPP!!!!!!!!

Do what I said I did in my first post.

1) Go to control panel, add/remove programs. Find RCT and hit remove.
2) If it asks you if you would like to save your existing games and scenerios click yes.
3) after removing RCT, reinstall the original RCT and...do not run it!!!
4)Next reinstall the LL add on. Then run RCT
5) It should work fine.
6) you will notice any parks you download will give you and error of invalid data. To fix that download the drexler patch again. I did those steps in that order and was just fine.

I have a similiar problem, after I installed LL I couldn't load any parks I made using the CF trainer, even if I had it running, I had the techno trainer. I even got a LL trainer but I still can't open those parks, I just get a message that says the saved game contains invalid data. I had a really cool version of Dorney Park that I created with CF and I wanted to update it for LL, but I cant open it. Any ideas how I could open those parks? Did anybody else have this problem?

Sounds like you need the drexler patch beavis.

Alright, I got the error that Hooper did and followed his advice, but I still got the error message. Can anyone help?

Get the RCT Patch it prevents that message from coming up, go to www.strategyplanet.com/rctuk/rctpatch

I also got that error. I re-installed everything but it stil doesn't work. I use the dragons IOA trainer if that makes a difference. Help!
