Making your own tracks Downloadable

This is kind of an old question, but how can I make my tracks to be downloadable without the scenario? So it will just go under the already built section when choosing to build a ride?

Test it, make sure the excitement and intensity ratings show up, then keep the ride window open, and click the save button at the top, and choose "save track design"
