Coaster Color Question

When a park orders a steel coaster, do they ask for a particular color scheme or is that up to the manufacturer on what color the coaster is going to be?

The parks decide which color they want on their coasters. Think about The Incredible Hulk coming to IOA in orange or purple! That would look really funny.

Why not cover a coaster with that special paint that changes color depending on what angle you see it. THAT will cost more than the coaster itself!
