disney and ride manufactures names

why do disney not like having the ride manufactures name on the rides?

for example, i know that when an intamin river rapids ride opened at a disney park, it said intamin on the boats tubes. disney actually changed all the tubes to nameless ones. why do they do this, and can anyone think of any more examples of this?

Yeah, Maliboomer at Disney's California Adventure does not have S&S imprinted on the restraints.

Yeah, it's pretty silly if you ask me. S&S now lists Maliboomer as one of it's attractions. But it is disney's property, isn't it?

The only ride at DCA that publically displays a ride's manufacturer is California Screamin', which has intamin plates on the trains.

That's Disney for you. They do some pretty wacky things.
