Synchronize with Adjacent Station

Ok you will probably all laugh at me but how do i so this. I build 2 stations beside each other click the Synchronize with Adjacent Station box and nothing happens when i try to test it or when people go on it. The Coasters dont move. They just say waiting for permission to depart. HELP

Make sure they start and end right next to each other, or it won't work. They have to be right next to each other, don't worry it happened to me when i was new to the game.

Does it have to be 2 different Coasters?? Or does it have to be just 1 coaster with 2 stations?

It can be 2 coasters. If it is the same coaster, make sure that there is enough room for 2 trains or it won't work. Also, they have to be going in the same direction :( as I just found out a couple of weeks ago. *** This post was edited by Twistamaniac on 12/26/2000. ***

I believe you can have two stations going in opposite directions, but the first station pieces (the ones with the red and green lights) have to be touching each other. I got that to work, but it was a few months back.
