Custom Music II

Is the custom music feature on LL limited to "1" and "2" or can you create a whole slew of custom music files?

Its just limited to two slots

Does anyone have the perfect ride music. I put on one of my Batman clones: Prince's TRUST like you hear in the queue line of Batman at SFGA. It's cool, but I might change it to the Batman movie theme song

Well, I have one that is about as fitting as possible. I have Superman: Krytonite Coaster, and I have Kryptonite by Three Doors Down playing.

also.... john william's recordings of the superman and batman theme music are both great and can be found as mp3s quite easily

OK I read a topic from September that says how to do it, but one time I'm not sure what I was thinking, I changed that data file to data.tec. What is it supposed to be so I can open it??? Thanks for any help!

Ok I figured it out... I got the music in my game but it's going very slow!!! So I checked all the info and everything is at what it says it needs to be at except I don't see anything about PCM format and that's what the game says it needs to be in. Does anyone know how I can get my file into PCM format using WinAmp???

I need help to: I converted the music file to a .WAV and put it in the data folder, but now none of the ride music plays!

where did you get the file to convert the music files? I can't seem to find one. Also can you convert napster music files? *** This post was edited by matt1080 on 1/9/2001. ***

Search for an early post called Custom Music. I've explained the process in detail on how to set the stuff up right. Make sure all the settings are the same when you convert your mp3s to .wavs.

Can you only create custom music in Loopy Landscapes?

If you select save as... in sound recorder you will be able to change the format. Change it to 22,050 8-bit stereo. My favorite music for a ride is O Fortuna from Carl Orff's Carmina Burana. It certainly makes a ride seem imtimdating.
