Question About "X"

In every drawing I see of 'X", it looks like you are riding backwards. It looks like the only time you look forward is when the seat flips you upside down. Is this true? It seems like a great ride, but I want to see what lies ahead.

I think you will be viewing a lot of the ground. Otherwise it looked as if you were flipping upside down.

But check out the main illustration on Thrillride or ?. The riders are upside-down. If the train is coming forward and we flip the riders rightside up, you will be looking at what is beyond you, not what is ahead. Or is the illustration wrong?

Well, the ride starts off going backwards, right side up, in the video. If somewhere during the ride it did a half barrel roll (like Stealth) and then the seats rotated 180 degrees also, then you would be facing forward and going forward.

Think about it, EVERY possible riding position CAN be covered by X's design. Its just a matter of seeing how well Arrow has utilized the design.

I just hope that you are positioned well enough to feel the maximum effects of that 200ft near verticle drop.

I think that you are inverted on the near verticle drop, so that it feels like you're jumping out of a plane.
