I had a dog called Krystle, she was a really nice puppy, but turned out ugly, so I nicknamed her the Beast, and later Beastie. This is before I'd even heard of the coasters.
It was quite funny because everyone then started calling her Beastie, and the good thing about it, the dog wasn't offended.
It was a funny taking her for a walk in the park "come here Beastie".

So far, of the ones mentioned, I like Boulder and Dash (my sisters dog is named dash...but it has nothing to do with the ride)...I also like Lightning/Thunder.
But if your dogs are anything like mine, Hypersonic may be appropriate...LOL
Other names to consider are Beast, Bear (after the Great Bear at HP), Hercules, Cyclone, Comet, and Villain.
Happy Coastering!

This doesn't have anyting to do with naming the puppies in question, but my sister has a Chow Chow/Collie mix puppy whose name is Murri. I've nicknamed her "the hyper-twister pup" (after what Raging Bull is, yes I know RB isn't the world's first hyper-twister). However, lately I've come to think of her more as "Vertical Velocity Chow" because she jumps up on people a lot.
Hmmm... come to think of it, maybe V2 wouldn't be such a bad name for a dog that has a habit of jumping up.
