Actually ACEerCG and I were thinking of doing a Timbers 100. I don't really know if we could pull it off, though. I mean, I "power rode" for all but 2 hours at TFest and got 63...and to take into account that the hours are shorter than, say, Cedar Point...it may be tough. If we catch a weekday with two train op, it could be doable...I think.

Pointman, I was there yesterday power riding with John Jay...there were only a few enthusiasts there, so who are you?

Again, I had a BLAST at TFest, I was spoiled. Now everything is back to normal and there are no coaster people to be found at the park. I miss you all!!

Nice TR CP Lady!

It was great getting to meet you and seeing everyone else again. Sorry I wasn't there for Kara's big 600 but I am glad she met her goal for the evening........and at a coaster event none the less. How cool is that?

Your TR is exactly what I have been wanting to do for a long time now on Coasterbuzz. One of these days I am going to get around to doing a 'video' TR and provide a link.

"You may have read the report, now watch the movie!"

I had a blast at Timbersfest this year. I was really tired the last hour and skipped on closing the night out by riding, but I still had fun.

Great TR! Was good to see everyone again, and meet more buzzers. I love the pics......except for the one where my face was stuck from that horrid Drummer Boy ride! And my poor watch (it left the hands stuck at 12 from the forces)! Kara spins a mean drum......I'm still feeling my 42 Timbers laps as well. All in all, a day long remembered. Those night rides were almost SRM worthy! I wish I had stayed for day 2 since NoGoSuMo was a no go. >:P

Hands stuck at 12? It was well after 12 before we got on Drummer Boy. I think maybe Timbers did it in! Afterall, you were power riding with Kara, right?

I think we should hook up one of those drums to a power station and put Kara on. *wink*

Kara,

You may see me in one of your videos. I was the big guy in the Gettysburg shirt. I had my wife, 11 yr old daughter and 8 yr nephew with me. We were there both days. The first day we went with a group of 4 adults and 7 kids from 18 months to 12 yrs. Needless to say, we spent alot of time at Mad Mouse. This was the kid's favorite. Everyone but the youngest could ride. My brother-in-law was very pleased with his first visit to MA and is considering season passes. He especially liked the fact, that there was a lot there that all his kids could ride.

Hey Wildcat rocked this weekend! My friend and I rode it seven times in a row without getting off at TimbersFest (while ST was down) and it was pretty damn fun!

The first drop was giving off major stomachies and the new track was *so smooth* I couldn't get over it. Then the double down we feared for our lives, and the shuffle turn into the floaty ending with the "we're not going to stop" ending! What a fun ride that was. :)

BTW, enjoyable TR CPLady! I'm *really* sorry I ditched ya on one of those last Timbers rides but my friend had dibs to ride with me first. :( Next time, I promise!

TimbersFest rocked! Thanks so much to Janice Witherow, her husband, Ms. Jourden-Mark, and everyone else who made that event possible. Timbers at night simply cannot be missed! I am very glad I made the drive from Atlanta all the way up the night before. :)

Hey, no problem, Legendary! I'd heard you talking earlier about promising a ride to someone, but you didn't know where he was. That was such an awesome day. I'm so glad I got over my guilt of leaving the hubby alone on Father's Day to go to TFest.

Yeeha. ST100. We'll have to make shirts or something. My daughter can only handle about 20 or so rides on it in a row. I won't bring her so I can get those laps in. Let's plan a day for this when they are running 11-9 which starts next weekend.

Make sure it's not between July 22 and August 3, cause I'll be coastering down south!

Kara, you are the STChick. You are the premier authority of MIA and ST. What do you think? This will have to involve some kind of bar and of course drinking afterward. This would be an awesome gathering!

Timberguy,

ST Chick is only 17 or 18 years old... (if memory serves) Not old enough to get into a bar.
