Retrofitting existing Arrow loopers with extra rai

I wonder if it would be possible to even try something like this. I think it would be interesting if existing Arrow loopers could add the additional rails to the track to conform to the 4D cars. I doubt the existing rail config is wide enough as it is for the new configuration, and for the price you'd pay to retrofit, it would be just as well to buy a new one.

I think that the biggest benefit is to re-design the wheel system. B/M use large spring loaded wheels, why not ARROW?

There should be no reason why Arrow and B&M don't run the same.

The biggest reason that Arrows and B&M dont run the same is that B&M improved the design started by Arrow. Could Arrow utilize this improvement to? Yes, and I believe they did on the Tenn. Tornado. However, I dont think many parks will retrofit their rides with new trains. Why not? Because (as Jeff is oft to say) no ROI!

I suppose the BIG parks would redo the running gear, if it was absolutley nessessary.

Tennessee Tornado has standard Arrow running gear as nearly as I could tell. Nope, no springs.....
