I inquired to the online chat customer service about how to get the tickets, and they referred me to the AOL 6 Fags C/S email.

After a couple days they finally responded to let me know that this is a random offer only given to certain AOl members. A pop-up will appear after you log off w/ a link to the form to fill out for the free tickets.

Looks to me like AOl has gotten even more cheap over the years. This offer used to be for everyone, and now it's only for randomly selected members. I guess this way they can "randomly" select populations that will not be interested in free tickets. Oh well, I have a pass anyway, but it would be nice to bring a couple friends for free anytime this summer...
