A few observations

Arrived home from Midwestern coaster trip this A.M. at 1:30. Our trip took us to 5 parks(WoF, Adventureland, Valley Fair, Big Chiefs and Camp Snoopy) I will follow up later with individual park TR's.

- The Chippewa Valley area of Wisconsin is gorgeous
- That there Mall of America will plumb wear you out
- A coaster doesn't have to go fast to give you air
- Some of the best attractions are FREE!
- Breaking can kill a good ride
- It will not save time to skip the loop around

Chicago, even though it looks shorter on the map to

go straight through town
- CCI's are WONDERFUL!
- The second week of June is a great time to visit

all of these parks.
- The lack of any eye contact, or thank you's, or

just a smile, from park staff, especially after

shelling out $260.00 for season passes, is beyond

apology. A poor experience at the front gate can

ruin the tone for the whole day for patrons (Except

at Kennywood). Management should do a better job

at instilling simple common courtesy in their

employees. I've noticed that the family owned

parks are much more friendly than the corporates.

They are on site and watching the employees to make

sure that the patrons are treated with courtesy.

Will follow with TR's in the next several days.

TAKE IT EASY,
DAC
