Contributions that WOW, but don't come to the US.

I was looking back at IAAPA 2001 pics and I saw some awesome stuff that I have heard nothing more about. For instance, look at the Fabbri Invert trains, looks awesome (probably not a good idea to have 3 across seating because you'll be looking for more single riders) but that can't be too big of an adjustment. And that Interpark coaster coach, WOW, wicked design! Not to mention that new Pinfari Invert that could REALLY help some of those smaller parks like maybe Frontier City or maybe Jazzland should have looked to that instead of going for the hang and bang (I'm not sure if that would have helped them though.) And the Setpoint floorless coaster looks like it would KILL in coaster counts. So why don't we see these coasters going up? Maybe I'm ignorant about costs etc. but I can't imagine a new coaster firm charging as much as an experienced one. I do understand that parks plan years in advance but I still hear nothing about any of these. Why aren't these starting to pop up?
