Six Flags Jazzland?

Does anyone know if Six Flags is still taking over Jazzland? I have'nt heard anything recently and was wondering if anyone else had.

As far as I know they are just interim managers right now.

They had a little collumn(spell? I know that is said, but I tired, MCAS took everything out of me) in the paper the other day. Nothing about what they planned to do. Titled "Six Flags finds Opertunity in New Orleans," and they were talking about how New Orleans is a big destination and how we look forward to making this a fun place for the whole family to visit. Now it sounded as if they are planning to expand, and as many people are in New Orleans and visiting, they could make a lot of money. Down there, a water park would bring the whole city in. They should just build dueling water coasters and call it a day. I would pay anything to get out of the humidity. When I was shopping in New Orleans, I didn't go into stores to see what they had, I went in stores for the AC(air conditioning).

They are, I know this, because I live in New Orleans. Six Flags is even accepting Jazzland season passes.

Is Jazzland accepting Six Flags Season Passes as well, now, then?

No, you cannot use SF season passes in Jazzland. I wish they would allow them because that would give me more motivation to visit this park this season. I will probably wait and see what SF plans for 03 and shoot for then.
