CP Park Cam down... Why?

I just went to the Cedar Point website and the cam that is mounted on top of Power Tower looking directly at MF is not working. Is anyone else having this problem? Just wondering what happened. If anyone knows what happened or knows something I don't, please reply. Thanks.

Its probably just a little technical difficulty, it should be up again soon. The webcams always seem to stop working for a short period of time, but then come back up again.

man....what is up with people? Every time someone asks an innocent question, it seems to me you have to bust on them by saying something dumb like "they want to hide the new giga looping woodie."

It's just some innocent fun, Coaster Kingdom. Besides it is a silly question to a degree. How are we supposed to know why CP cams are down? My answer would been "Because they're not working". There's nothing any of us can do about it, just keep checking back until they're on again. Come to think of it, there's been a lot of sill questions on Coasterbuzz lately - especially the weather and crowd ones.

Because only the ones at Cedar Point know why the camera is not working. What makes you think we would know? In an honest answer to the question, there is probably a connection problem with the MF camera connecting to Cedar Point's computer since the other two are working. Maybe water got to the camera (it does look stormy). It's as big a mystery as the Cedar Point sea monster (not a ride, but the black thing in the water).

The park cam is still completely down for the second day (the one on Power Tower pointed at MF). Is anyone else still having this problem? I am starting to wonder why this is happening and when it will be back up working again. This is really starting to suck! :( Does everyone agree with me? I really hate when park cams have problems and they don't get fixed right away!! DAMN those people!!! Well anyway, bye for now.

All three were frozen yesterday. The bottom two are back up now. Maybe you should email them, it is possible they don't know. Or we could send Jeff up there, he is good with webcams ;)
