He may also have issues with Beast and Racer because of the odd positioning of the lap bars.

Someday there will be something here.
The Beast and Racer lap bars are positioned at such an angle that the mandatory two clicks situate the bar far lower than other PTCs.
Example: I would usually ride a "normal" PTC with 3 or 4 clicks, and still have some room left over. On Racer or The Beast, the mandatory 2 clicks is snug. Not uncomfortable, just a little too much for my liking.

On Flight of Fear, I suggest that long-legged, "prosperous", or big-footed people will be more comfortable in the even-numbered rows, or in the left-hand seats of the odd-numbered rows. Don't believe the attendants when they try to tell you all the seats are the same because the most certainly are NOT.

Lets just say I am of simular weight but not hight, FOr sure he might have trouble with Drop Zone, Reptar and FOF.
SOB is a leg size if he has real long legs then he might not be able to fit, It's definetly not a waist issue.
Racer and Beast are iffy but if he can ride any other PTC train he can ride these. Face off is unusually large for a invert for restraint size and is comparable to just about any vekoma SLC.
Top Gun, No PROBLEM, Vortex NO PROBLEM, Tomb Raider has test seats and if you can fit them, You should be able to do anything except maybe Drop Zone,
Chuck, talking from experience but body shape has alot to do with it and can ride everything except Reptar.
