PKI in June!

Im going to PKI this coming June and I can't wait! Anyone have any tips like whats the best place to eat and what to ride at what times, things like that? Thanks!:)
As for food, its all usually pretty good. If you aren't from the area I would suggest trying some Skyline across from the Racer near the Bumper Cars, or LaRosa's between Vortex and Da Beast.

If the shoe fits, find another one.

For food, I recommend the foot long Coney Dog at Skyline Chili - they put about a pound of grated cheese on each one!! As for ride selection, FaceOff always seems to have the slowest moving line but now that Tomb Raider is there, this could change. Since they are in opposite corners of the park, you're going to have to choose one over the other for first thing in the morning. If you can ride the Beast at night, definitely do so.

Go with what Dave and ravenguy said, those are the best places to eat...as for rides, definently run back to TR:TR first, b/c if you dont, you will be waiting in line forever. I went there yesterday and rode it, and the ride was great! The first time it gives you really cool feelings in your stomach, but the second time, i did not get it, but that just may be me. It is a ton better than what people on here are complaining about, they spent alot of time on it, and it is well worth it. It is a little short, but who's complaining. The non coaster enthusiasts, and my girl friend did not seem to mind, she loved it so much that she made me go on it again. The beast would be second. That is one of the best wooden coasters i have been on, and I have been on alot....all the way from cali to pennsylvania.

Yay, finally a topic i can succeed in! Welll.........

The key to mastering PKI is to GET THERE EARLY. I go at 9am, and go waite in line for Face/off. I ride the first train of that, and head to SOB. I wait probably 10 mins for that, then walk on Adventure Express. Then i walk on The Racer. Afterwards, i go to Vortex, and waite 20mins tops. Then to the beast, where i waite about 30 mins tops. After all this, its not even lunch time!!! I would suggest going back to FOF, where the waite will probably be an hour or less, mainly because it is air-conditioned. Once done with FOF, grab soemthing to eat at LaRosas ( pizza ) or Skiline Chili ( Cheese Coneys [my fav.]). After lunch, go to TR:TR, and waite the waite. Who cares if its kinda long. You have all day, and have ridden all the coasters already! Take in the sights, and enjoy yourself. After you ride it, i would ride The Beast again. In the back seat. Then ( if it is 4:00 ), get yourself a Funnel Cake over by the Eiffel Tower. I dont see a need for dinner, its WAY overpriced. But if you have to eat, get pizza again, or some snack foods. AT night, Top Gun, SOB, The Beast, and Drop Zone are all great rides to ride. If your on a non-crowded day, you might even get walk-ons of SOB between 9:30-10:00pm. After your done ridin everyhting you want, go home and rest! Even with all the coasters, you still have pleanty of time to ride the flat rides... Hope this helped!

Women was god's second mistake.

Almost whenever you go to PKI it's easy to do everything in a day, most of the time you can get more rides on everything. I would probally say TR:TR first because the line has the ability to get very long. Also since it is a new ride it is likely to be down part of the day and normally it opens on time. Then I would take a quick spin on the Beast. Then over to the Vortex and hit some flats while your at it. Then next in line would be FOF. In the same line would be Racer and Adventure Express. Then head over to action zone and depending on what time and what day it is every major ride other than Top Gun could have around an hour wait, if so ride anyways. Action Zone is filled with awesome rides. If its a walk on ride everything a few times. I'm not including lunch or dinner in this but there is good places to eat everywhere. After Action Zone I would do everyting backwards. Whatever you end up doing hit The Beast while it's dark.
