I picked up my gold season pass calendar yesterday at guest relations. For April, the photo is a 1972 park map, complete with the old KI logo. While the writing of all the rides is pretty small it is readable. I just thought that it was awesome that they included this in the calendar.

Me too.....it's nice to see them acknowledge their roots. What a comparison too! Can you believe all the rides that have left? And for some extra humor, go inside the first aid building. I've only seen the canoes on the KI Brady Bunch episode. Was it a good ride?
I wonder how they were compared to Disneyland's canoes, Disneyland's are so fun, plus it is a spectator ride, everyone stares, and points ;), nothing like getting splashed with that crisp, clear, clean water ;)
