My family and I might be moving to the Columbus area and I was just wondering what you guys think about the parks. Like coasters, crowds, employees' attitudes, stuff like that. Thanks!

I would say Ohio is the number 1 coaster state, you got Cedar Point, Kings Island (if you can't go to CP), or Six Flags (If you ever get that desperate)

An easy jaunt to Kennywood!!!!!! And you must ride Legend, Sea Dragon, Vortex, Double Loop twisted Sisters, and Villain. You will be changed forever! Welcome to central Ohio(which isn't much but it has given me a wonderful 7 years around parks).

Thanks for the info! IF I do end up moving to Ohio it will be a trade between the best theme parks(Florida) to the best amusement parks(Ohio)!

I gotta tell ya, I grew up in NE Ohio, and had the pleasure of SFO, CP, and KI. They were great.

Been in S FLA 20 years, and love the themeees...they're what we have...all 12 months.

But, as time has a way of doing, I really miss the midwestern parks...especially since they have an almost militant willpower to build huge coasters! (But I do not miss them in February.)

You're also about 6 hours from Michigan's Adventure, Holiday World and SFGam. Great location
