B:DK Press Event Date

I called SFNE this morning and asked them when the press event is for B:DK. They told me 4/19/02, the Friday before the grand opening. I forgot to ask if ACE Members would be invited and I didn't want to call back a third and sound like a freak. If anyone is willing to call that is within the regional area of SFNE the number is 1-877-4-SIX-FLAGS. You can also ask them if it is too late to recieve an invitation in the mail.

P.S.- How can they have 12 NUMBERS in their phone number when your only supposed to have 7?

Actually they only have 9. Basically, the last 2 don't do anything. Leave them off when you dial and it will still work just fine :)

If ACE members are invited, you'll hear from your regional rep. If not, you won't. Calling the park just makes them less apt to invite you next time. I'm surprised they even told you when it is without asking what news station or paper you are from.

Sweet, if ACE is invited, I GET TO MISS SCHOOL TO RIDE COASTERS! That's sweet, o wait, that's on my vacation. O well, I still get to ride all day long!

No, DON'T call to ask if your invited!! BAD IDEA. Enough parks are frustrated with enthusiasts. If you're invited, you'll be informed, if not, you'll have to wait a few more days. I've been to a few, and they're not some amazing private ERT session, believe me!
