Six Flags season passes: bring a friend for free?

Do the season passes still have that special offer where you can bring someone for free in May or whatever? Does anyone know? Thanks.

-----------------

I hope not. I hate those things. They cause the parks to be so crowded. It's nice to be able to bring someone for free but not when everyone else does too.

Anyway I'm not sure but we'll see in May whether it does or not.

I have 32 coasters in my track record.....I'm so proud of myself.

Yeah, RllrCstrDude187 and I went to one at SFWOA on a wednesday in July. Had to be one of the busiest days there. It was absolutely miserable, except for the coaster rides of course.

I can't think of a good signature.

@SFMM u get a coupon book with your pass renewal, including a free friends admission(any day/any time) half price friends admission, tons of $15 bring a friend day, free parking, food driscounts & more, pretty good deal for $52
What park are you talking about?

I do know many of them do, but lately they have been trying to do it during the off-season it seems. I remember when SFDL used to have it EVERY thursday.... those were the days =)

Isnt a season pass at Magic Mountain about 80 dollars?

Yes I got min e and they have 3 take a friend for 10 dollars and one take a friend for free.

i agree those weekends are crowded, but they're usually off weekends anyways, so i appreciate the coupons. Last year, i bought a pass to SFNE. I got me into SFGAdv on the pass, a friend in on the anytime freebie pass, and then they handed me another pass to get me and four other people in for $10 each. I only went with one friend (the same one who got in for free before), so i sold the other 3 $10 tickets for $20 to three other people next to me in line. They saved $25 bucks, and i made $30 bucks. Not to mention the three "bring-a-friend" weekends at SFNE. I like those coupons because it gives my non-coaster enthusiast friends a chance to come with me so i won't be all alone on the colder days in Sept. =).

Just goes to show, you really can milk those SF season passes...

Early season ticket RENEWALS can be purchased for $52 (this year). The deadline for early purchases WAS Feb 28, but they sent out ANOTHER renewal good until June, that includes the option to purchase a "PLATINUM" pass for an ADDITIONAL $50. For 50 bucks more you get FOUR fastlane passes (16 rides) and admittance to TWO "specific" morning ERT sessions. They list a few other ammenities that are included in the normal season passholder coupon book anyway.

Last Years' renewal was $47, and the year prior was $42. increase of $5 each year.

I've traded in my 2000 Giovanola for a 2002 Arrow X4D :)
My other car is now an Arrow X4D!

Oh, and SFDL 1999- 1/2 of 2001 you could get the take-a-friend-free tickets, but on the tickets they said 'Valid all *insert year* season"... and since I happened to have 4 coupon booklets.... hehehehe.... eventually they caught on and now it has "Valid only Saturday + Sunday (insert day's here".... heh.... besides, it's not my fault it said valid ANY day right on the ticket..... so you can't blame me for it....
I used my "bring a friend free" coupons at SFWoA in October, and there was nearly no one there. Longest wait was about 15 minutes for X-Flight. B:KF, Villain were walk-ons.
