It has been confirmed that Thrill Shot will stay because SFGAdv is adding one this year. I can't believe they got that much done in a week.

Its there box stlye track with either barkes or launch fins. I cant tell.

Yep, VertiGO is all gone, and Xcelerator's construction is well underway. I think this week we will see some serious progress with Xcelerator, gaining some vertical height this week! I was also thinking that Monte will open later this week. I think.

The person I talked to at Knott's last week says they are still looking at a late May opening. I doubted it, but at this rate I guess they were right!

Is there any chance that SFGAdv has purchased a slightly used S&S Thrill Shot from the west coast?

I would say that the whole track structure will be completed or very close by this time next month, which gives them quite a good time for testing and Media Day before a late May opening.

So, I am pretty sure that barring any unforseen problems with construction or the hydraulic launch, late May it is!
