10/27 TR: Jeff and Steph's wedding

It is very rare that I take the time to write tr's, but yesterday was a very special day for Jeff and Steph. First I would like to congratulate Jeff and Steph on their wedding. The ceremony was great, the food and drink at the reception we awesome, and the dancing at the end was hilarious. Here is a quick rundown;
Brandon, Melissa and I left Wickliffe about 10 to 5. We hopped on I271 south and after a slowdown in rush hour traffic and some fun driving up and down the hills of RT 303 we made it to the church about 5:50. I noticed that one of the ushers was none other than CP Place regular Old Timer Tim, Tim actually looks good when he is all cleaned up with a tux. The ceremony was to begin at 6pm and it finally began a little after 6. Jeff and the priest appeared at the front of the church and then the wedding party proceeded to enter the church. Steph looked beautiful with a very long white dress and her hair was done up with beads. The ceremony was the way everyone likes them short, sweet and emotional, it seemed at one point the groom was almost ready to shed a tear.
After the ceremony we left to the Ridgewood Party center for the reception. The reception hall was immaculate. We found our table and Brandon and I hit the bar. We got our drinks and they had a cracker and cheese table set up as an appetizer. After the wedding party was seated they brought out our salads, and Frank the best man gave a very long and emotional speech for the toast. After our salads the wedding party got in line for the buffet which included dinner rolls, corn, mashed potatoes w/gravy, chicken and roast beef. The food was great and enjoyed by all. After dinner Jeff and Steph cut the cake and dessert was served.
Then the fun really began, Jeff and Steph took their first married dance together and after that a few more people started to dance. Gee Dan, thanks for saying how good I look cleaned up. So do you!(lol)It was a GREAT time for all and I was glad to be part of the wedding party. I hope Jeff & Steph come back from Hawaii. (We had a low temp of 29 yesterday!) Since there are no roller coasters (what a crime) in Hawaii, I think Jeff and Steph will be back.

The One, The Only Coaster God, AKA OTT
It rains on Kauai pretty much all of the time in certain places (one area of the island is the wettest spot on Earth at 500 inches per year), but some places are lucky to get 10 inches per year. Today we sailed up the Na Pali coast up the west shore of the island and had only a little rain, but beautiful scenery. Good fun! 4,000-foot cliffs!
