I just checked out Paramount`s Kings Island website and it said that there will be a season pass sneak preview on Thursday April 4, the day before the park opens to the general public!

Guess I better buy a season pass!  But will this season pass sneak peak let you actually ride TR:TR or just walk around.  If strolling through the park is all that's gonna happen then heck with it.  I'll only be goin a couple times this year due to the fact that neither my parents or most of my friends arnen't into PKI.  But if you'll be able to actually ride TR:TR, I'll plead and plead untill I can hopfully buy a season pass.  I'll have to check the site out.

Yeah, what the heck does "sneak peek" mean?  I'm not going to drive all the way to cincy to take a sneak peak at a building!

Is it the roar of Kumba or the kumba of Roar? Discuss!

Good question. Well, I would think that PKI would let you ride the ride, because that is the only way to get the ride to either sound good/bad. I know that if Im not working that night up there, im going!

FOr Sonny's sneak peak I remember that only it and there major coasters like The Beast, Face/Off, Drop Zone and Vortex. Maybe FoF was open but I can't remember. So, Im guessing that TR:TR will be open with most of their coasters open and the rest of the park closed off.

This is not a new thing.  PKI has done Passholder "sneak peeks" for as long as I have had a season pass.  (Many many years by the way.)  Basically it is where the park opens the Friday Evening just prior to it's first weekend of operation for the season.

It is a night mainly designed for season pass processing.  And in years past, all rides have operated as ususal.

In 2000, when the park opened ,SOB was not open for the "Sneak peek" season pass night.  The ride was not ready by park's opening.

Perhaps some are confusing this with the "Gold Pass" special events.  Those were set up so certain areas/rides of the park were open early for Gold Pass holders on a rotating basis.  In this case, yes, only a few rides operated for that time period.
