Beast Trainer?

I havent checked this forum in a while so, I need some info of this Beast Trainer everyones talking about.

where can I get it and whats some of its features?

Features build thru mode, stacking scenery, custom messages, build roads, disasters (for those into peep abuse), fixing coaster ratings, set all rides to 10 min inspections (one of my favorites), etc. Home page shows all the features. New version should be out next month.
