My X model (almost complete)

It's almost done! I'm worried if I can fit it all on the board. What do you think so far?

<<<Xmodel>>>

Interesting, what materials did you use?

Divorced From Dependence since 1987!
All wood! the supports are wooden dowels and the track is basket weaving wood. You can get the dowels from Home Depot, and the basket weaving wood from the RagShop and Michael's. I got the basket weaving wood from my teacher so Im not sure if they still sell it.

From a modeler to a modeler, nice job! Any X trains? That's a pretty good scale too....shouldn't be too hard to move if you need to.

Woah! Thats cool! Awesome Job!
The pics won't show up - it says 'incomplete.' Grrr. I'm using I.E.5 btw.
taipan, its supposed to say that, the picture just takes a long time to load, you just need to wait
kool :) Great Job.

Six Flags Marine World..... Theme Parks taken to a whole new level.
Almost all the images that aren't "real" (no from RCT) are dead.  And I want to see it! lol

"If two coaster trains almost hit each other, why is it called a near miss and not a near hit?"
Will it be a full working model or just a "look at" model?  Either way, nice job!
New Model Called Pico! It's a custom made B&M! The end has pretty high g's so it's gonna need some more supports.
3 seconds to load on cable! :) Great looking modle.

Just a couple of G-force junkies!
Nitro230ft: I love your rct X! But how did you build that? I assume there are several seperate tracks since I can't go from a sitdown to an inverted. And I love Pico's glue gun theming! :)

SC - looks like he used textured wood to model the dog, with a bit of red fabric and some stuff around the nose.

Mee too...

Remember... some poeple DO have good internet...ok...bye now Jeff will probably yell at me...

LOL. That dog is fantastic! You should be a Disney Imagineer! Or apply at ILM....but seriously, I like the aerodynamic look of your coasters. Though they don't have realistic track they have a nice visual flow, and as long as you are using the strap for the entire track you might want to make an upstop "clip" on each car that would allow it to slide along. This way you can position the train anywhere for photos without it falling off. Don't forget scenery and queue line (and the hundreds of people waiting). :)
