Well considering that at one end of that site sits Supreme Scream and at the other end a busy city street, I'd say yes, it will be confined to that area. But large coasters take up less room than most people think. Look at X or Goliath or even Medusa.

If you look at other pics on westcoaster you would have seen that its going to do a Millennium force.  It not going to stay in one are of the park like Goliath or Raging bull it going all over the place, Jaguar, Perilopus, and ghostride maybe even.
