I may be the only one who feels this way, but I think Knotts gets what they pay for. If this trend continues with lawsuits, you can be assurded of less risky design strategies in new rides of manufactures that can not afford to be sued for 6 million. I would hate to see Togo go out of business because of this lawsuit. Knott's should just sell it to a buyer in a less windy city, or have togo comeout and modify it to make it work. Granted it will not be missed, but I am sure some small park somewhere would want it.
