BLOCKING HELP

how do you set the blocks to slow the train down and not completely stop? it worked once then it stopped the train completely! anybody know?

Did the train start up again after stopping? It could be that the train ahead of it hadn't cleared the next block marker yet. To fix that change the dispatch interval.

i figured it out but i got another problem. the sim keeps crashing my comp. everything runs fine but sometime it just stalls. does anybody else have this? is it becasue of windows?
