Need Help!!!!!!! URGENTLY!!!!!!

Anyone, today and tommorrow are my last days to buy the game, ive tried the demo, and its incredible. I want to buy it but i have a public computer, so is there anyway i can lock the game so no1 else can use it? Also, if theres no way to block it, can i download it at one computer and transfer it someway to another computer (the private one) which DOESNT have internet? please help me ASAP!!!! Thanks so much!!!!!!!! 

Sorry, another question... If ordered by credit card, can i play it instantly after download?

Yes, you can begin playing as soon as you download the full version of the game. 

You can burn the Installer onto a CD and trasnfer it to the other computer that way, just remember to write down your registration info.  I don't know of a way to disable it so no one else can use it but you on a public computer.
