Raging Bull, Don't Fight It, Ride It

The launch is awesome. It *almost beats Hulk's launch, and the first element is great in the dark. It seems like you'll keep falling forever. The effects are awesome, but the ride it a little short.

It's one of the best rides ever made by disney! I love it, and it is worth the wait (like an 2 hourish when I went). I like the cool theming too! RIDE IT!

Very good ride, quite smooth (especially for a Vekoma). It could be longer, but it's a decent length for an enclosed coaster. The soundtrack that plays in the car is a nice touch.

The scenery / effects are pretty lame IMO (a bunch of cardboard cutouts illuminated with blacklight... but what do you expect for zooming by them at 50 mph...) and the story is pretty weak (not to mention the "acting" by Aerosmith)

If there is a long line, use Fastpass (its free) - it will cut down the wait drastically.

The scenery isn't cardboard. It is neon lights and IMO is very cool

The launch for this ride rules.  The theming is sort of cheesy but the Aerosmith music is awesome, everyone has peronal speakers behind their heads.  The ride is really quite smooth and the effects are cool.  The ride is a bit short but I like it.  A good ride.  An A(could've been longer and more twisted)

I rode this coaster for the first time last month and was dissapointed.  The launch was good but it was too short and I dont know what the top speed is on this coaster but it seemed to be awfully slow.  Smooth for a Vekoma though.

I think it's a very enjoyable ride.  Not terribly intense or fast, but alot of fun.  The theming is something we're not used to seeing on a coaster, and I love the soundtrack - especially "Love on a Rollercoaster."

It's not one of the best coasters ever made, but it's definitely a fun ride.  One I'd ride over and over.

This ride is one amazing coaster experience.  The Aerosmith music makes this ride soooo good.  The downside is after the 2 inversions after the launch the ride is just a bunch of boring turns.  You don't really notice that though with the sweet music and amazing special effects.

I think it was themed to be sort of tacky, the roadsigns and everything. I like it, especialy the train design.

What type of restraints are on the ride: OTSR or lap bar with seat belt?

Paramount Carowinds: Forgotten but not Gone

Its a great ride. Its worth the wait. In late August on a Saturday the wait was like 35 min, but that was a while ago. The storyline is a little loose but the preshow is really funny(especially when you have 30 people from a coaster club saying it along with the movie). The scenery is good for how fast you are traveling and the low lighting. The cheap cardboard is good if you have long arms and you whack you hand it and it doesn't hurt(oops). The OTSR's aren't that bad because they put the speakers right behind your ears and it gives a cool surround sound effect. the launch could be better if they shot you all the way down the tunnel. the LIMs end about 50 ft. before the tunnel but you cant tell unless you are looking for it. The ride is pretty smooth for a Vekoma. the fist time you turn upside down is a cobra roll right out of the launch is pretty cool because you don't realize you went inverted until its almost over. The music adds to the ride it keeps you pumped and the A/C in the ride is great on hot summer days. Over all this is a great coaster.

i love it. i rode it a few days before they had the official  grand openings with aerosmith. i loved the ride and i only waited less than 5 minutes to get on the ride. it was my first launch. i loved that ride!!!

I told my wife, who generally does not like coasters, that the ride would be no problem b/c it was Disney.  I don't know who was more surprised....her or me.

After that launch I had to apologize for many hours afterwards.

I am anxious to ride RnRC, as i'm a veteran to its elder brother, DLP Space Mountain: From the Earth to the Moon. That said, I got more chances to ride the new RnRC opening in march 2002 along with the new park at DLP than the one in Florida!

If RnRC is anything like Space Mountain, then you're in for a treat. Many peoples compare the two, but beside the launch and the fact its in the dark, a world of differences.

Irode it once a couple of years ago...It is still one of my favorite rollercoasters! The music is awesome, the theming is cool, the launch is great, and I can understand why it is not as long or intense as other launched coasters: It's a Disney and is supposed to be fun and still not scare you to death on it.
