Well I kind of agree with Jephry here. Yes, the techno trainers add a whole other dimension to the game. They make it possible to build any coaster you can think of, with any kind of scenery, and that's awsome, they greatly help the game. But, despite it's name, RollerCoaster Tycoon is about the succesfull managing of an amusement park, in all kinds of hard situations. Maybe they should've changed the name, but there you have it. 1 other thing too, I plyed RCT straight for like 3 months with only eating and sleeping on the side, with just playing the scenarios, no cheats. And although the cheats can keep you going for a while, the original lure of the game is much better. I have never gotten tired of rct since last thanksgiving, and that's because of the wonderfull array of different parks and the strategy that goes into winning them.
Yes, the trainers are great, and so is the side of rct of building rides just to build them. But that is simply not what the game is about and it may never be.
RCT has it's problems, but it's the best game in the world and I love Chris Sawyer for it!
