I have seen some web site about the construction of SWINE, it looks like it could be a pretty intense ride mostly all over water. I can't remember the site , though.

Will it be built? Well as I can tell, the site looks like its done by a creative daydreamer. So I am going to say "no"

Considering the global situation right now, it would be a few years out, and ASTRONOMICALLY expen$ive, but you never know...I'd certainly ride it, given the chance...
