well, I don't know of anyone who has broken a bone.  but my friend told me of a time when she was in line for Raging Bull.  they stopped the ride and there were employees looking for something around the tunnel.  it turns out that some guy who rode the coaster had a wooden leg and lost it at the bottom of the first drop.  quite funny.  thankfully they found the leg and brought it back to the man.  it isn't a broken bone, but whatever.

Ever heard of the Wolverine Wildcat @ MIA? That thing's a beast, and this one girl broke her wrist on it. Evidently she locked her elbows to brace herself, and it just went snap.

Fabio's broken/bloodied nose occured on the maiden run of Apollo's Chariot at BGW. He hit a goose on the way down. Because of the incident netting has been placed on either sides of the track at the point where it crosses the Rhine River. Freak accident and I'm sure it looked worse than it was, but then again I'm sure hitting a Canadian goose at 73 mph didn't feel good.
